Fatstrippa is a unique and original way to continuously remove fats, oils and greases from water which would otherwise collect in drains. The Fatstrippa works by liquids lighter than water rising and escaping by means of a patented valve. Because the fats, oils and greases gather around the valve it is these that are removed as the valve opens. Correctly specified the Fatstrippa consistently removes fats, oils and greases to below 100ppm. |

History: Fatstrippa benefits from 30 years of grease trap design and production. It provides continuous fat, oil and grease removal from water. The units have been successfully installed and used by the food industry at McDonalds, KFC, and in hospitals such as in Portland, to name just a few references.
Fatstrippa units come in many sizes (see side pictures) and can be adapted to all situations. They can manage from 3500 to 23000 liters/hour of continuous water treatment, ensuring below 100ppm oil in the outflow water from kitchens.
The units require very low maintenance. They are easy to clean and take less than 5 minutes per day to check for and ensure optimum working conditions.
